How can they withdraw fines from an offence when there wasn't one to begin with they should sue them.
It’s not ‘as it turns out’. The fines were a means to greater objectives of jibby jabs and 400 billion stolen through the RBA QE and TFF. They were always going to refund the fines so as to separate themselves from the scam with no legally traceable links.

All fines are illegal section 8 subsection 12 dictates all promises of fines and forfeiture of persons before conviction are illegal.
