Written by Karlyn Borysenko

The focus of my life since 2012 was to bring sanity back to the work environment, because I believe we spend so much time at work that we shouldn’t be miserable. I have an MBA and a PhD in psychology, specializing in industrial/organizational psychology. I have my own practice - Zen Workplace - where I integrate organizational psychology and positive psychology with mindfulness techniques to help make work better. I’m also the Chief Science Officer of RallyBright, where I work to build high-performing, resilient teams. But that’s not how most people know me. Most people know me as a (now former) Democrat of 20 years who went to a Trump rally. The article I wrote about my experience went viral and garnered 3 million views in the first week. I was featured by Fox News, Glenn Beck, Dennis Prager, and on dozens of radio shows, podcasts, and YouTube videos.

  1. You should go take a look at the Bored Panda website, I tell you it's all full of leftist garbage. Go ahead and smash those progressive cry babies

  2. Pay attention to what people do not or how they say things. If Trump is racist like they claim you'd think they'd be falling over themselves with headlines about how he sux at being a racist. I mean why would a racist brag about having the lowest minority unemployment, sign HBC funding into law, create opportunity zones in the poorest places of the country which happens to be heavily populated with minorities, etc. I mean does anyone really think that actual racists are applauding him for those things? If so are they sure they know how people who are actually act? Shouldn't he be doing the opposite of all that? And everyone accusing him of putting out "dog whistles". Isn't the point of "? whistles" that the dog hears it and not the human? So if you aren't in the club of the Klan you sure do seem to know all the whistles! Unless you are going to the meetings and have the updated whistle list you shouldn't really know them. So stop outing yourself that you attending all the meetings.

  3. I am Canadian and I envy my American neighboors for having the Constitution to protect their speech. Here it is really getting threatened day after day. I have been scared to say what I think for almost a decade.

  4. This is why I love your videos. I am conservative and we certainly disagree on things but I love that you aren't intimidated by haters. No delusion, just honest analysis. Love it!

  5. "In a matter of months"
It's called an epiphany: a sudden, intuitive perception of or insight into the reality or essential meaning of something, usually initiated by some simple, homely, or commonplace occurrence or experience.

  6. I tend to lean towards the right and I 100 percent agree that the right, conservatives and definitely republicans are cowards. Not all but a good chunk of them

  7. I would agree with you about the gender/work thing but sometimes I have seen that when some people are "transitioning" they bring their problems to work and cause scenes and then if you say anything they say its discrimination against them. I think legally they should be no discrimination, but if you bring your issues to work and cause problems any employer should have the right to can your ass. The other problem there is no way to really manage anti discrimination laws. If I don't get hired and someone else does, that's discrimination, the laws really only make it so that they cant openly discriminate of you for what ever is on this list of no-no's. If they don't hire you, it can be for any reason, they just cant say it. P.S. If you get a weapon make sure you learn how to use it.

  8. I can't add anything that everybody else here hasn't added other than my own observations; my Walk Away from the Left was a long process of building up, over a good ten years. I noticed the same things you did, that the Left had gone insane all of a sudden, and I spent years trying to debate with them, talk to them, get through to them, but it was no use. Their derangement was so profound it was useless to even try speaking to them. In the time since President Trump was elected, it's degenerated into slobbering madness and physical violence to enforce the party line, just like the Brownshirts under Mussolini and the Nazi Party, and the Khmer Rouge. Call some of us out there "cowardly" all you want, Karlyn; some of us are not in a position where we can afford to fly our flag as openly as some do out there. No disrespect your way with that last statement. But just because I'm being mostly quiet about this doesn't mean it's changing my vote; I'm just not advertising it for the most part. I'd rather let my actions speak louder than words on my end, and then sit back to quietly enjoy the anguish of the Left if and when President Trump wins this election. Works for me.

  9. I’m a conservative who strongly believes in gay rights . Some people say that means I’m not really a conservative.
I live in a diverse neighborhood and have black children , now adults (l’m “white”).
The idea that we are all supposed to believe in every position of a party platform , left or right , is freakin’ scary .

  10. FYI on healthcare, if you want it to be more affordable with greater access the government needs to be disentangled. Obamacare drastically raised cost for most people to the point it was cheaper to pay the $700 yearly fine than to have insurance. For working class, most of my friends had their work hours cut. Govt is the problem, not the solution. Just spend some time researching and crunch the numbers. A lot of us get healthcare from other countries to save money, where it is much less regulated and medical industry professionals are much freer to design quality services.

  11. Tell'em NO, that youve broken free of the brainwashing you were previously subjected to.
Its ppl who think this that have been brainwashed, and theyre too brain dead to realize it.

  12. Not very far into the video yet but had to jump in with something in defense of separating the kids from their “families”….

And this is the BIG issue…how do we know immediately that the people those kids are traveling with are ACTUALLY their family??? We don’t. A lot of children are trafficked over our southern border by human traffickers and by removing those kids from the adults they’re with you could actually be saving them from horrific assaults and/or death.

Do I like that these kiddos have to go through what they do?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! But do I understand the “Why” behind the separation. It’s to protect those that are being drug here without their families to be exploited.
