This is a very perceptive take on how governments have used psychology to control the population. These are long used tactics that have been witnessed and analysed before. I recommend 2 books that break this down – "The Origins of Totalitarianism" by Hannah Arendt (political theorist) and "The Rape of the Mind" by Joost Meerloo (psychiatrist). Both lived through WWII & Nazi interrogation. Their books set out the psychological tactics used to control then, and we are seeing them in action again today.
So pleased to see smart young women on the ball.
