My 85yo dad has Stage 5 Alzheimer's. At this point, at best, he can only put together 1-2 understandable sentences periodically. Most days none though.
In the earlier times a few months ago, he was VERY similar to what Biden is displaying in this video. With my dad, we have good times and terrible times. One hour, he seems to comprehend, yet can't articulate, but then the next, looks like he's a lost soul, not even aware of who, what, why, when or how he is.
