Ethical Values
Rule #1 – Truth is paramount. Our reporting is fact based with clear and irrefutable video and audio content. Truth is paramount. We never deceive our audience. We do not distort the facts or the context. We do not “selectively edit.”
Rule #2 – We do not break the law. We maintain one-party consent when recording someone is inherently moral and ethical. We never record when there is zero-party consent. In areas where we are required to have consent from all parties, we seek legal guidance regarding the expectation of privacy’s impact on our right to record.
Rule #3 – We adhere to the 1st Amendment rights of others. During our investigations we do not disrupt the peace. We do not infringe on the 1st Amendment rights of others.
Rule #4 – The Zekman Test. The undercover investigations we pursue are judged by us to be of “vital public interest” and “profound importance.” The Zekman Test is our baseline. Undercover investigative reporting is necessary because, “…there’s no other way to get the story…” Whereas the Society of Professional Journalists allows for undercover techniques, if undercover techniques are necessary to expose issues of vital public importance; we believe they are not only allowed but required.
Rule #5 – We Protect the Innocent When Possible – Embarrassing private details are not to be investigated. We stay away from irrelevant embarrassingly intimate details about private citizens personal lives. We look for individual wrong-doing and judge its public importance. The irrelevant religious or sexual dispositions of our targets are not to be investigated.
Rule #6 – Transparency. Our methods & tactics must be reasonable and defensible. We use the “Twelve Jurors on Our Shoulder” rule. The work has to be done with such a degree of integrity that it can withstand scrutiny in both law & ethics. We are comfortable with transparency. We must be willing to be ready to disclose our methods upon publication.
Rule #7 – Verifying and Corroborate Stories – Evaluate impact on third parties and Newsworthiness of Statements Alone.We consistently consider the probable truth or falsity of statements, examine any reasons to doubt the veracity of underlying assertions and whether the assertions are newsworthy. When possible, we will confirm with our subjects that their statements captured on video are accurate & truthful. At the very least, we will give our subjects an opportunity to elaborate and/or respond. In all matters, we rely on the 1st Amendment to protect our ability to publish newsworthy items after our internal deliberations. On whether there is an obligation to ensure the veracity of statements made on video, 1.) consider whether the remarks may potentially impact an innocent third party. (Factors in support of releasing the content) and 2.)The Newsworthiness of the statement alone by itself. (Factors against releasing the content).
Rule #8 – Raw Video. In certain circumstances we may release the “raw” video to the press and or the public. But as a rule, we do not.
Rule #9 – Subject Anonymity. We investigate & question sources before promising anonymity. Once we confirm, we will do everything in our power to protect the identity of our confidential sources.
Rule #10 – Being Accountable. Admit mistakes & correct them promptly.
Rule #11 – We do not manufacture content. We do not put words in our investigative subjects’ mouths. We do not lead the horse to water. Our purpose is to elicit truth.
Rule #12 – With Great Power comes Great Responsibility.
People should sue OSHA their authority is to make a safe work area meaning you can test everyone to make work area safe a protective measure OSHA has no authority to make some one place a bio product that does not stop the spread of anything but they are allowing vaccinated people to come to work untested safety issue no health issue.
I'm not sure if you will read this but I wanted to share my story. My wife and I are both fighting cancer, breast for her and kung for me, she's on chemo and I have COPD. We contracted COVID-19, tested positive, and became sick a little over a month ago and we both kicked it in 7 days for her, 5 for me, using D3, C, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium and two Chinese Herbs for colds.
I worked for an attorneys office, Ouderkirk & Hollen out of Newport Oregon, and although I had 2 negative tests and now having natural immunity, they fired me. I want to nite they never even offered me the ultimatum to get the shot or be terminated. I signed up for unemployment and they lied to them saying I refused the vaccine. I fought against that and was approved for unemployment and I'm waiting to see if they appeal that. If they do, I'm not sure what will happen since they're "Respected" attorneys but I will continue to try and fight. This is what we True Blood's (unvaccinated) are going through, especially in a State like Oregon.

My doctor and my grand daughter's doctor (same doctor because of his brilliance): He trains other physician interns, he is an osteopath, a pediatrician and a family doctor and has required credentials and education for all 3 of those fields of medicine. He stressed adamantly for me not to let her get the vax no matter how much they threatened me…then he repeated that 2 more times…no way, do NOT let ANYONE pressure me to vax her, she is too young, she has NO NEED of the vaccine…He continued by saying "…you need one but do NOT get one for her, NO,NO,NO.!!!" Then he told me that they will threaten me, cajole me, mandate me to get her vaccinated but do NOT do it! Then in my patient portal a few weeks later when I asked him a covid related question, he again wrote me that I should get the vax but do NOT let Madeline get the covid vax…BTW she is a 12 yo and in Jan 2022 she will be 13.

I went to the hospital two days ago for a broken rib they asked me was I vaccinated I said no They said do you want it ,I said no ! so when they took me to the room after the x-ray they said oh we need to do another x-ray because that wouldn’t clear enough and lady comes in with a needle and she doesn’t take it out of any bottle it’s already filled up in the needle 💉 and I asked her what it was and she said oh it’s ibuprofen’s big brother I said ma’am what’s it called I might be allergic to it she said are you allergic to ibuprofen I said no she said well this is it big brother she jammed it into my shoulder which hurt really bad and I said ma’am again what is that called she said I already told you I am so scared that she put that Covid vaccine in me so the next time I go get a Covid test for a surgery I’m going to test positive Because they put it in me

Although I am totally against these experimental gene therapy medical interventions, do not believe that the RT PCR test, the way it has been set up, is worth while isolating a polymer or strand of DNA, as there is no viral isolate that has ever been supplied.
The lies abound and we have to be on the look out for more lies, which veritas presented when they tried to pass off as scientists, working at J & J, who were anti the jabs.
That parts fine, no jabs for me either. However, one who veritas intimated was a scientist, was in charge of the transport arrangements, the other isn't worth considering.
Why are Veritas doing exactly the same as the corporations we all despise?

James I'm so thankful for you and your team, I have a rare autoimmune disease and have declined the vaccine because I'm scared to death what it might do to my underlying issue, those who have chosen to not get vaccinated are now feeling like 2nd class citizens. We are slowly having our rights taken away, its very possible if these mandates continue, I amongst thousands of others will not be able to travel to visit family in other states or in other countries, no more family vacations to the beach, possibly not even allowed to fly on a plane. I own a bar and like hell I'd ever ask a new hire if they were vaccinated, that violates HIPPA laws, that would be like me asking a new hire if they were HIV positive. What the hell is happening in our country, I'm an educated citizen I know my rights, I know my medical rights and it should be solely up to the individual to get the vaccine or to not get the vaccine, this vaccine is not a ONE SIZE FITS ALL and I'm proof of that there's not been enough research on my rare autoimmune disorder to know if this shot will cause my already ramped up immunity to ramp up more, so much so that my organs are attacked and fail.
