Bill Maher consistently has the most insufferable audience
The confusion in that 2019 clip is that the tampons in the men’s room were (I assume) for “trans-men” (ie biological women) who identify as men but still get their period if not taking hormones, but Maher thought Prager was saying that leftists claim biological men can have periods (which is ridiculous).
He forgot to say cancel stident debt.

Bearded women having periods & babies only proves that no matter what you do to your body: you’re still a biological woman. It’s like saying being dead proves you’re immortal

Trans men can have periods, but trans women can't have babies? This type of double standard thinking has to stop
The Democrat Party (which no longer deserves the name Democratic) has embraced ideology that conflicts with science. You cannot have it both ways…either our world is dying from carbon, or people are born one sex or the other. You cannot be both. You cannot create emissions and contribute greenhouse gasses and eith the same carbon decrease cardon emissions. One or the other.
Bill Maher owes Dennis Prager an apology. Maher tried to make Prager look stupid for saying only what the Left had already advocated for years prior. DP knew the facts and everyone else in that room was completely oblivious, which is why we are where we are today.
Their real time fact-checking back then was terrible. Some have the same problem today.

That look of recognition from Maher at 2:21 He knows he is beat, so he deflects with comedy. This is why I don't bother to watch Maher. It is not honest debate when you cannot concede that you do not know something, or that your opponent has bested you. Instead of conceding, he instead patronized Mr. Prager shortly after 2:21
