  1. I know this is kind of mad but I'm not in a band so this is a genuine question to those who are – I zoned right into this performance and around 4:51 noticed Billy, Jarrod and Billy on the banjo all begin to move their feet at kinda the same time. Is this comfort? Coincedence? Personal timekeeping? Or some sort of signalling?

  2. @John Malloy – same thing happened to me July 29-30, 2020. Amazing talent flowing through those guys. After a lifetime of playing and listening to strings, props to them each and every one.

  3. This is a great and whole talent group of amazing players. What is astonishing is, in my world its NOTHING new. I grew up on this, to some extent. People used to give me dirty looks when I'd play it, like I'm some f'n hick…now, everyone is creaming their jeans over what's been around for over a hundred years.
I guess Thomas Sowell was right "there is nothing older than the idea that this is something new".

  4. The way you can Billy Strings is absolutely insane, ive not long starting learning to play guitar, how long did it take you to be able to play like this, everyone has there own style, i just can't see myself being able to play as fast as you can especially with a pick, practice makes perfect tho, ill keep at it, ill be happy if i can play 10% as good as you do.

  5. This is just so freaking cool. My favorite new artist with the perfect matching band. I listened to all 3 of his CDs back to back to back to back today. I don't know the last time I did that with an artist. They go together really well.
