The Los Angeles Daily News recently reported that the state of California has been sharing the confidential medical information of residents who got vaccinated with at least one private consulting firm. Needless to say, Californians were not asked to grant permission for this distribution of their personal information, yet somehow it’s legal and not a HIPAA violation for the state to share this way

HIPPA outlaws a PROVIDER from disclosing your TREATMENT. The rest is the organization or agency policy and procedure . HIPPA is on the internet. There is a medical database designed after the credit dara bases called The Medical Information Burrow. Just like the credit burrows it dose not guarantee accuracy .. banks, labs,realtors, landlords, employers, and others have access to get as well as provide info. Ever wonder why you can't get a morgage?

This happened to me about 2 months ago. I got a random call, some lady said "I see you've had the first two vax doses, but you don't have any boosters. Wanna schedule an appointment?" I replied back "who the F are you?? Are you my doctor?" and she actually got aggressive, said "we are doing the best we can" and I kept repeating you have no right to look at my medical history. We were screaming at each other for 15 minutes. I think I was justified… she was not. I'm still angry thinking about it. I hope this goes to a class action.
