CBDC and the Fed’s Plan to Weaponize Money

Ever since Agustin Carstens publicly confessed in October 2020 to lusting for the day when “central banks will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of” CBDC, BestEvidence has waited in vain for someone to credibly challenge him for the title of Scariest Fascist on Earth.

Yes, Carstens is the General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements, which carries… well, it carries a lot of weight regardless of who holds that powerful global position. And yes, short of playing video clips of a wheelchair-bound Peter Sellers from Dr. Srangelove, it was going to be hard to top Carstens’ open yearning for global totalitarianism.

BestEvidence knew that much two years ago when Carstens let it all hang out. But we’re talking about central banking bureaucrats, damnit. Surely someone in a position of power, somewhere, we thought, would show his or her ass at a conference.

Well, finally, with less than a week to go before the two-year anniversary of Carstens’s CBDC True Brownshirt Confession arrived, a credible challenger indeed emerged at a CBDC seminar hosted by the International Monetary Fund.

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Bo Li, Deputy General Manager of the IMF. As you are about to see, Mr. Li—or R/Bo D/bo as he’s known throughout BestEvidence Laboratories, because that’s the only way we’ve found to cope with Bo’s clinical creepiness—‘fessed up to a monetary control fetish of the most disturbing sort.

R/Bo also drops some pretty big hints as to how central bankers plan on ensuring the widest possible usage of CBDC, even on those segments of the population that may be unwilling to go along.

Along the way, we reveal the sinister intent behind the central bankers’ happy-face “Inclusion” campaign directed at credulous FaceBook addicts.

  1. Funny how the same old script plays over and over again…. Same justification used for "taming" the indigenous people in north and central america while the colonialists robbed all the resources, wreaked genocide and took over… Yeah.

I'm living in Mexico, right now, enjoying the paper/coin and barter based currency.

  2. It would apper YT does not like my previously posted comment. I wanted to edit it and it has gone. I salute you John, you are an absolute blessing to humanity 💖🙏💖

  3. Good job John. I was wondering, wouldn't moving to CBDC and eliminating the current legal tender represent a Debt Jubilee for the banking system? As it stands now, deposit accounts are liabilities of the banks, which currently stands at about $19+ trillion outstanding that the banks owe in legal tender dollars to the account holders upon their demand. So if they eliminate the cash then they're effectively eliminating the bank's debt to their account holders. The banks get a debt jubilee and we get screwed, again.

  4. As long as no one is standing up at these meetings and shout at these bastards nothing will happen. Ask them "who named you my ruler and cheaf of my money and WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE MONEY"??? Get the f out of this building. As long as nothing of this happens daily THEY feel even safe talking openly about our inslavement . THEY should be in fear every minute of their lifes asking themself when it is I getting the shit beat out on the streets

  5. I will resist anything and everything FEDERAL and no one is going to stop me. I will not live under any group of people who think they have any kind of “authority”….period.
We The People SHOULD BE AT WAR WITH ALL THAT IS FEDERAL!
I will not recognize or go along with any of it.

  6. Bo said it right at the outset—that it will be programmable "money". In other words it must be used for certain types of groceries—say, if the digital customer's Dig-ID attaches a certain health profile and he's then recorded as having opted for burgers and a snack item rather than the prescribed nutrition of an apple or fresh produce items—his wallet will get docked the following month and his medical data portal updated, with granular Orwellian efficiency. Behaviorism on the blockchain nudge-band . . .

  7. It's possible to run your life or a solo business without a bank account, but it's seriously clunky. You would need to require prepayment before performing any service (in cash), you could take an order to make a thing and require cash for payment (there is no debt) before delivery. You could take your employer's check to their institution and immediately cash it. For those things requiring electronic payment, you could use cash to load a prepaid card and immediately use the entire balance for payment. Ultimately, they get you on how much of your life would be consumed with avoiding banks . . . and once the government realizes you hold cash, they send their thugs (police) after you for "civil asset forfeiture".

  8. Although Federal Reserve Notes are obligations of the United States and not the Central Bank, Federal Reserve Notes are still legal tender. Will the legal tender USC presented have to be changed in order for CBDC to be considered legal tender, or will CBDC simply be considered an electronic means of transferring Federal Reserve Notes and thus "legal tender?"

  9. Many thanks John for your excellent work. Question. We know that many countries are already running kind of CBDC in parallel to to their own currecies. How long do you think, roughly, before this becomes world wide?

  10. grab some land if you can, learn to grow food, invest in skills and mindsets that promote sovereignty…this could be such an important time of liberation (when it's not simultaneously terrifying lol). I refuse to allow these disgusting pieces of shit to strip us of our god given humanity. They're degenerative beings clamoring for survival, they don't stand a chance against an organic awakening of humanity, their only play is controlling us and manipulating us into relinquishing our essence. NOPE

  11. This fast approaching monetary system asset grab is going to leave millions out in the Cold. If this take-over of the people ability to spend and maintain the freedom to purchase as they please doesn't get people's attention it difficult to know what will.

  12. So good to hear from Mr. Titus!! I need continued access to work like yours, it’s essential to survival. Any length of time between your media productions is too long as far as I’m concerned!!
    Thanks and god bless!!

  13. WOW! Man that Bo Li has no hair on his tongue… Tell us what you really think man.
The mind control machines must be set on the highest level because when he speaks it sounds so rosy & wonderful, "oh look how wonderful fascism can be, it takes care of the poor under served, and un-banked." It's like Mother Teresa giving that speech.

I have a brother who told me he's willing given up his 4th amendment right to privacy because he has nothing to hide….
All I could think was wow, the MC technology really does work.
