Charges DROPPED On Colbert Team’s Capitol Trespassing, Tucker BLASTS Dem’s 1/6 Hypocrisy

Kim Iversen and Robby Soave discuss the members of the Stephen Colbert show who were arrested in the Capitol last month, and the prosecutor’s decision to not pursue charges against them.

  1. They were there in a professional compacity for journalism. Press shouldn't be charged for the crimes they are covering as journalists and broadcasters. They were not inflaming the flames of violence in any sort of way.

  2. Are you ready for Heaven? Have you ever lied, stolen used God's name as a curse word (O-M-G)? According to God's law, you're guilty. But wait, God loves you, he made a way out. God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him will not die but have everlasting life. John 3:16 Please think about it. Repent/believe before the rapture, before the one world government. Jesus died for you, live for him. Love U

  3. I look at this differently, I don’t see what Jan. 6th has to do w it? Did Colbert’s team break any laws? If so they should b held accountable. Did Adam Schiff? Why were they not supervised if those r the rules? To me this seems like more of the typical the wealthy r held to different standards than the rest of us. Pretty sure if I were wondering around the Capitol w a puppet, harassing members of Congress they wouldn’t just drop it.

  4. Hypocritical!? Trying to interrupt official proceedings, threatening the lives of VP Pence and congressional leaders, beating cops, and outright violence is is not the same as having an attendant not be present when the should have been.

Kim really does not understand much and will reach any conclusion so she can pontificate. Time to let her go.

  5. Bottom line Jan 6th was NOT an attempt to overthrow the government. It wasn’t a coup attempt. It wasn’t an effort to steal an election. TBH the behavior of some of the loons on the left re Jan 6th has been a HUGE turnoff. Knock it off and let it the f go.

  6. BLM has drawn a hard line in the sand that had a small group of professional activists and annoying white college kids who think liking black ppl is an accomplishment on one side, and literally everybody else on the other. Great job

  7. The Republican party has lost the popular vote in the last four presidential elections (and counting). Mobilized by Trump's election fraud lies, 865 Trump supporters have been charged in the Capitol insurrection so far with many pleading guilty to seditious conspiracy.

  8. Kim is just a republican puppet at this point. How was this the same as Jan 6?! Did they build a Hang Kamala platform outside, or forcefully broke into the capitol damaging property, did a cop die? Like, what?!

  9. If they hadn’t been supporters of the liberal establishment, they would have been prosecuted. That’s another reason why people don’t trust their institutions.

  10. 1) it seems you lack insight into what either situation actually entailed.
    2) We are a nation of laws, and the lack of equal application of the law based on belonging or not belonging to a subset of the population destroys that concept.
    3) it is an obvious pattern of application for one political belonging to have held to different standards under the law than other political belongings. It isn't an isolated case but a trending pattern that is only getting more blatant in its application.
    4) if the govt decides to not charge these people, whether valid or not in their perspective, it too has to not charge the vast majority of those being charged in the Jan. 6 event, as most of the people being charged in the Jan 6 event were just trespassing as were these Colbert people.
    5) For those of the Jan 6 event that did more than just trespass, such as created damage or harm, the govt should treat them no different than those rioters in Seattle and Portland that rioted and caused damage to Federal buildings and harm to agents of the Federal govt. If it is deemed those other rioters can be given leniency, then so too should the Jan 6 people be given such.
    6) the disparity in justice based on political affiliation only degrades the value of the govt to the people, which will only encourage greater forms of rebellion going forward. At the current pace, we will be seeing people die in the thousands before 2030, over political conflict. This threshold is likely to trigger greater actions by societies in disagreements, such as raids and pillages, such as secession declarations, such as sovereignty realignments, and adjustments to borders, and these will have ramifications on the type and quality of governance of different societies within the current USA, which will do more harm to any aspect of Freedom, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness than any past action.

  11. The Dem's 'Blue Church' institutions – especially "Liberal" corporate media, Big Tech, and likely the FBI, are (at least) equally as responsible for the outcome of the Jan 6 riots as Trump – and that's before looking at possible direct 'f**kery' by the FBI, and those making decisions about security at the Capital.

Trump supporters KNEW the election was being *"fortified"*, as they say.
…and the Dem establishment make accusations of the right 'destroying democracy', and purport themselves to be saving it. 🤯

Watching the US since the Trump era (from the UK) has been MIND-BLOWING! Trump was never, and will never be my guy, but he was BY FAR the lesser of two evils – and the "liberal" media have been truly despicable.

  12. Many people charged and being held for doing nothing more than what these producers did. It comes down to visuals and their influence. When the good side comes back you will see pardons on these people and a return to sanity
