There must be an international body of planet wide armed forces to secure and hold fast all main watersheds so to prevent our humanity from extinction by our commonly valued dignity first then by choice and or by accident or forced on those who neither practice such diabolical scamming as it is a rogue an outright taking a hostile strategic commercial and or otherwise representative of a brutally executed offensive. Where the very ruthlessness of such an act which will directly cost a great populous of many world wide innocents to pay with second miseries then death unavoidable when allowed to practice holding our planet's watersheds hostage by any flag.
