The thing is as the main stream media is a just a puppet mouth piece only little guys that do the investigative journalism work can show this type of misconduct. Politicians who will sell their constituents on a heart beat if it benefits them will likely not look well on investigative journalists and probably have to grow accustomed to being forced to act in a way to preserve the dignity of the position they occupy. That said in this case the little investigative journalist wins the day as the backlash and outcry is causing the vermin (though that gives vermin who has a function and purpose the recyclers of nature a bad name lets call them pond scum instead) to run wish there was still cover left. Nice job Project Veritas maybe the history books will call you 50 years from now one of the few outfits who really pushed proper journalism standards and practice as the main stream outfits where put on a lease and used as propaganda instruments.

If these school admins did their jobs and weren't corrupt activists engaging in criminal activity, then "vigilante gotcha journalism" wouldn't be needed. Investigating corruption and malfeasance in our public institutions has always been the job of legit journalists — not running narrative control, puff pieces and so-called fact checks for the left as the mainstream does. It's that simple.

Concealing your identity so as to illicit a confession is not entrapment. If project veritas had started a private school, then told HR that staff maintenance had to be done along racial lines, then reported it, THAT would be entrapment; ie they never would have committed the crime without Veritas’ direction and influence. The crime was committed without Veritas’ involvement. Certainly the AG knows this definition and can articulate how the UC work conducted by Veritas meets the threshold of entrapment.

By this AG's public and documented statements, I think there is a strong case of libel. First off, what exactly is "wild west" style vigilante journalism? What exactly does that even mean? Apparently this dullard, mouth-breather has watched to many late 60's- early 70's "spaghetti westerns". That is not a term a that is common language nor a "term of art". I would have my legal team, if resources premitted, file a libel lawsuit against the AG immediately.
