Personally I saw the hacker on parlor about two weeks before the website had their servers disconnected because they were controlled by Amazon. It was big news that this hacker going to parlor and was sending very public messages to the CEO of parlor at the time. They seem to know each other and be on friendly terms.
He had a really active presence there and I made a point of calling him out and making fun of him I don't know several hundred times to which he responded a few times advising me that since I was one of the people on parlor that were verified users, and I had uploaded my drivers license information I should be much more silent. A few weeks later parlor was hacked and it was no longer functional but before then I have no doubt that people on the backend were distributing those drivers licenses to those in power because parlor was one of the main platforms that January 6th protesters were using to communicate.
My point is that he's a state actor. I don't know how much of the actual hacking he does himself, probably very little but he's basically a sock puppet for the feds. He takes all the credit, they don't do anything because he's one of their boys just like many of the January 6th protesters filmed advocating violence and destruction. I noticed that there was no mention of his role at parlor, probably because those supposed crimes are still being investigated
