  3. I fear the Democrats have paid officials off all the way to the top. We're talking about a coalition of the most powerful and wealthy people in the world all working together to get rid of president Trump. They have possibly spent billions in bribes to get this done. Im afraid that when certain times allies are needed they will show they have been bought by turning against the president. The Democrats are still going forward so they must have higher ups still in play that have not been revealed yet. I think president Trump should bring military support now and end this before it gets to the point to where he will no longer be able to.

  17. The constitution sets a date when a current POTUS term 'ENDS.' Not when the new one starts, meaning that contested delegates and the selection of POTUS can continue past Jan 20.

    12th Amendment: "…And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the FOURTH DAY OF MARCH next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President…"

    That was then changed by the 26th Amendment:

    Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

    Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. ""If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify,"" then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the ""Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.""

    This shows the POTUS election can continue literally indefinitely until the challenges are resolved and a POTUS selection is constitutionally successful pursuant to Article II, and the 12th Amendment election provisions.

    It might even go so far as a boycott on sales and goods purchased from democrat states.

  20. one further thought. Often times when a controversial bill comes up for vote in the house, some representatives abstain from the vote, in order to appear neutral and avoid backlash.
    I think the best course of action would be for Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, legislatures abstain from sending electors. If the vote count is not accurate, how can they in good faith send electors? It is their decision ultimately. Not the courts, not the public, only the legislatures.
    We are a democratic republic for good reason.

  25. No matter what occurs neither side will believe results. A blind man can see all the fraud and unconstitutionality in this election. Hopefully SCOTUS will step in and rule in our favor. Seems like the state governments don't have the balls.

  34. I feel if Rudy and co cant be heard in the supreme courts of each state and the national supreme court ,in just a very few days we are probably sunk,time is our enemy .
