The emergency started when the EU and USA failed to abide by the Minsk agreements. The USA attack on the NordStream pipelines is an act of war. The USA is already engaged in a hot war with Russia, but it is only now that people in America are beginning to realize that the American Deep State has started a fire that America cannot put out.
This is how it happens. They manufactured this. Ukraine wanted into NATO. US wanted them into NATO. The EU did not want this, many EU Nations did not want this, just for this reason. Britain talks tough because they've a lot of territory between them and Russia.
