What is the point of the story below?… Experts are not infallible!… That is why we get Second, Third, and sometimes Fourth opinions!
(Just think of how many times these "expert" opinions have been wrong over the last 3 years?)
A coworker of mine just spent 4 days in the hospital. Because of a rash on the backs of his legs.
3 different doctors, spent 3 of those days giving him random medications and cream that they thought would help.
But they kept making things worse. The rash turned into weeping sores… At the end of the 3rd day a 4th doctor got involved, what did he do?… He stopped all other medications, and started an IV drip to flush out his system. My coworker was able to leave the fallowing day.
The first 3 doctors (professional medical) opinions made things WORSE! NOT BETTER!…
(So now I want you to imagine just how bad things could get for you, your friends, and your family. When someone with ZERO accountability gets to force medical decisions on you guys?. What happens when their Arrogance, and sense of superiority, moral or otherwise leads them away from Science?. What happens when they demand you fallow "suggestions", "guidelines" as if they are laws?.)
Dr. Fauci is a public health expert. He can't consult with a person in charge who knows the law. I call bs he knows the law but wants the CDC to have power they don't have.
This guy is a criminal!

Fauci thinks he’s above the constitution
"The Court System" is one of the first and foremost tools that America uses to Prevent/Destroy a Democracy from taking a firm hold here. The US system of government is "Anti-Democracy" and one of the biggest but not only reasons why calling USA a Democracy makes you either an ignorant peddler of lies or a knowing peddler of lies. Of course things like the "electoral college", gerrymandering/redistricting, and executive veto are also part of "anti-Democracy". Each of these things are able to swiftly defeat the will of the majority. And they were specifically intended to do that for a very good reason. And that is to prevent LA and NY from controlling the whole stinking country!

I thought the CDC only made recommendations? Mandates are a legal issue. The CDC recommends that steaks be cooked medium well, but they don’t mandate every restaurant and private home cook it that way.

The CDC adivses. It does not have legal power to prescribe behavior. Where does the CDC get the authority to mandate anything?

The law requires publication and a period of comment for ALL federal regulations. Emergency powers cannot last forever. That is illegal.

For the record: From where I sit, it appears that All medical professionals up there are subject to a gag order with regard to the Truth. My doctors here have ALL Been triple vaxed. They ALL got covid anyway. Their position is that All have had or will become infected with the virus – and survive. They disclose this openly.
In any sane universe Fauci would have been fired years ago.

Fauci, an educated person that is clueless as to the fact that the courts job is to rule on the constitutionality of government policies. When he is in prison or in front of a firing squad for his crimes I will renew my hope in the US
When are they going to get rid of this pseudo-scientist??? No one or no department of government should be above the Federal Court, which is our last recourse in regard to our Constitution and are freedoms.
Why is Fauci not the Surgeon General of the United States in charge.
It is part of our collective dilemma that we put individual freedoms before public health. That is a rather new development, and the implicit refusal to cooperate with any public effort speaks of danger for our future.

I have been critical of the hill on some of it's reporting, just last week I wrote a comment that disagreed with their reporting on a topic. I do have to say that I really think they get it right most of the time. I am surprised that the hill had become my daily go to source for news.
