The focus of my life since 2012 was to bring sanity back to the work environment, because I believe we spend so much time at work that we shouldn’t be miserable. I have an MBA and a PhD in psychology, specializing in industrial/organizational psychology. I have my own practice - Zen Workplace - where I integrate organizational psychology and positive psychology with mindfulness techniques to help make work better. I’m also the Chief Science Officer of RallyBright, where I work to build high-performing, resilient teams. But that’s not how most people know me. Most people know me as a (now former) Democrat of 20 years who went to a Trump rally. The article I wrote about my experience went viral and garnered 3 million views in the first week. I was featured by Fox News, Glenn Beck, Dennis Prager, and on dozens of radio shows, podcasts, and YouTube videos.

  2. We knew about "white privilege" in the 60's thanks to commie historian Theodore W. Allen. Keri traces it to Peggy 1987 (5:55). Theo said that in 1600's workers got along, elite didn't like that, so elite invented whiteness, granted white privilege and the whites fell for it. Theo advised fellow commies not to make this into a racial thing, but commies just had to use it as a whip… On Theo see Wikipedia and Youtube videos.

  3. So, she was one of those that would call me a misogynistic pig for sneezing wrong on the subway. To be at those levels and coming out of there anew, is impressive. However you must have a certain mentality/personality to even allow those kind of thoughts to grow in the first place. Meaning I don't trust and I run away nonetheless.

  4. There is no such thing as a SJW. There are good people and there are right-wing assholes calling good people SJWs.
This is the era of Trump, of Johnson, of Putin, etc. – it's the era of the assholes.

  5. Call it whatever new name you want, it's Marxism 100%, and it's collective alright, a very dangerous race to the bottom….for EVERYONE.

  6. Seen from the outside it seems as the compulsivity of labeling any human act, the making of new terms by emptying the word of its original meaning (look at the words culture and community, 2 pillar words of the past centuries that speak of physical things have become so abstract – knitting community? People that don't know eachother are a community now? Then Rape Culture where culture used to represents all the interlinking peculiarities of certain communities that made them what they are such as food, art, religious practices and so on. Rape was associated to crime not to culture cas as soon as you make it a cultural thing you have de facto normalized it.) is something that society there used not as a tool of observation but to take advantage of the situation.
So language can be twisted to one's advantage if that's the goal, forgetting that the content of the language one speaks makes that person whom they are…. Twisted beings.

  7. I dont like the label sjw. I mean do you want people to have blind faith in politicians and multinationals or do you want people to think critically? Isnt there inequality and shouldnt we do something about that?

  8. From what you describe of this book the author is a full on Narcissist. I suggest no one read that book looking for enlightenment. They're just trying to scam people out of money.

  9. I've heard criticism about the idea of white fragility that people of color are reduced to mere reactionaries, and emotionally and socially affected by what white people do and think. Seems like white supremict thinking. White people are so powerful and influencial that only white people can solve anything. Sounds pretty racist to Hard pass on this ideology.
