  2. Something to consider: the National Recovery Act of 1933 was struck down by the Supremes of that age because it sought to create cartels within each commodity within the US economy. Big Tech is a commodity that is acting in much the same manner as US Steel and Standard Oil of that period. The precedent is there, by God.

  14. I love the angle that O'Keafe took with this case. We all know Twitter were politically censoring him, but that is nearly impossible to action. But they did lie about him, to create the pretext to censor, and the only way for them to defend themselves is to admit that they lied and that it was political.

As a working, taxpaying american I would not hesitate to close, break up, piss on the big three tech/media. etc… None ofthem, politicians or MSM see the effects o their blasphemy in our lives. Tension between race is at an all time high. I don't feel financially OR Physically safe.

On the other hand, if project Veritas is not exclusively and solely James O'Keefe, in other words there are some occasional employees, hires, or paid associates, and the behavior that Twitter observed was the result of actions of these others, it is reasonable to assume that while James O'Keefe did not personally run the accounts, he nonetheless communicated with these others to initiate the observed actions. So O'Keefe can win the lawsuit, but Twitter can still maintain the ban. It's sort of like the 2016 election. US federal law enforcement determined a specific Russian entity interfered, but there's no direct evidence that Putin asked for that interference or that Trump requested Putin to assist. And for some reason Putin doesn't have a Google account or Twitter account. Very suspicious.

  44. I do t see how claiming O’Keefe was actually suspended for evading a ban helps FB, because that’s tantamount to an admission the claim of fake accounts was made maliciously.

  46. My opinion, if you hold a Twitter account, your part of the problem. Twitter is an enemy of freedom and to feed their platform with hits, just makes the enemy stronger. The only way to beat them is starve them of attention and traffic. Also, real men don’t tweet.

  50. people keep saying "Everybody knows what CNN is" and things along that line, but the problem is, the viewers of CNN for the most part don't know. if everybody knew the truth, pretty much nobody would watch it.
