I am oddly excited for this to happen, mostly because it would make sense for them to go bunkrupt.
I don't want to live a fairytale with no consequences.
I thought that Evergrande would get bailed out as well, but after listening to Jim Rogers recent interview, I am now not so sure. China's economy would take a hit, but that's not a bad thing. We live in interesting times. Will chinese money flow into Australia, or will it drag down Australia?

I can only imagine the helicopters full of cash, bonds and PM's..that are being loaded up right now..yachts will be getting calls and crews scrambled..nah man..this thing is going into the ground once auditors start digging..just layers o corruption and graft.
How many investors/cronies/employees of such a company as this, and all the other debt-laden Chinese property companies, are all on credit in China to buy property in Australia/NZ/Canada/London etc etc etc. Will this coming collapse mean they need to liquidate their overseas properties all of a sudden here? Our own house of cards is resting on China's house of cards.
The cracks of the world's property markets have started to appear. Unfortunately if you can't fill up ghost cities with Tennant's when rates are at the bottom then you know the market is doomed. Get your money out now before to late!
The more this is downplayed (and hidden) by our MSM the more concerned I am.

It will be a managed collapse, done in such a way to allow for the minimization of meaningful economic impact while allowing the Chinese government to consent manufacture for more state control and nationalization of the economy by blaming "western capitalism".

It really depends.. if the globalists need an escape from their failed plandemic, then yes, they will fail Evergrande. It will switch the world’s attention to this new Lehmann moment and forgot about Covid.
