Someone tried to force their way into the window by my left arm. I pushed back after a crunching sound that the lower hinge gave way under the crow bar being used to force in. I shoted some expletives, there was "Ugh !" and it all stopped. I then found out my neighbour had been broken into, he wasn't in at the time. Two TV's, his wife's jewellery and some gold were taken. I was next. I got a crime reference number and within 2 hours I was told the number had been cleared, because it was unlikely the Police would catch anyone for it. They are given free reign the criminals FFS ! I paid £220.00 to a firm that took 15 minutes to screw the window back into it's slot. Not able to use it now !
At least they have a 100% solve rate on non-crime hate incidents 🤦♂🤦♂
