Institutions are great at filling shoes, they could find someone else to be their shill. The propaganda machine would continue even if Ryan Grim wasn't there. I think that's what Aaron is getting at, it's not about an individual person but the imperialist cover system that will corrupt or destroy and proceed. Aaron's not shy about calling people out, but refraining from personal identity criticism is a way to focus on what's really going on and not mistake an individual as the issue at hand.

I get a fair amount of emails from Left/Dem. organizations, and most of the time they simply straight out lie to their readers, like saying that appropriate measures like actually having to show valid ID to reduce mass voter fraud is an example of voter suppression.
