It isn't only politics that drove MbS to deny Biden extra crude oil production. Saudi Arabia's maximum production capacity is about 12-13 million barrels per day, and that is diminishing as the Saudi reserves peaked years ago and it's all down hill from here on out. The Saudis are incapable of meeting increased demands for crude oil. Biden whored himself out for nothing. He isn't only stupid and now senile atop that. He isn't only incompetent. He's weak , and the world can see quite plainly how feeble Biden is. The powers that be wanted Caligula Drumpf gone because he is not a competent manager of empire. Biden was clearly never up to the task, but the prospect of having even a timid liberal like Bernie Sanders in nominal power was not considered a viable option. Biden cannot be allowed to remain in power, since he is unable to slow the collapse of the empire. He's a placeholder, but there is no political heir to Bill Clinton or Barack Obama who can connive his way in with an air of intelligence, competence, and charisma suitable enough to fool the electorate.

Biden didn't go for oil, he went for the petrol dollar! You always have to look at the obvious angle they are distracting from. He knows exactly what the response would be with regards to the oil, he couldn't even get the oil producers in the US to increase production. The main issue here is the Saudis played him because they floated out into the mediasphere that they might switch to Yuan, I think that's complete bs but that's what Biden really went there to talk about. The US doesn't care all that much about how much oil the Saudis produce however getting rid of the petrol dollar would be a MASSIVE blow to the US economy.
What's more shocking for me is considering the impact this will have on the US economy is how little conversation is had with regards to what to do when it does happen but I guess there's always the regime change option to give the Saudis some democracy😉
Crimea and the Donbas is not Russian territory, when it was declared they become independent states of Russia and Ukraine, just so happens Zelensky banned the Russian language and culture from Ukraine. Leaving the Russian speaking people, including many that held Russian passports vulnerable to attack by the authorities and mainly in the eastern part of Ukraine, where they have been persecuted by paramilitaries(Neo Nazis, Nationalists, White Supremacists etc) and the Ukrainian Army. This forced Putin and the Russian Army into protecting Russian citizens by arming the defenders of that region and eventually going in to clear the Ukrainian Army/Paramilitaries out of the region.
