  1. Someone in control must have just binge watched Mr. Robot. This reeks of fake. More invisibly caused disasters with no direct causal line.

  2. Why would the president say anything? His administration is full of green new deal supporters who love the idea of ditching oil. At least in the sense of cars, I don't see it translating to manufacturing or shipping things… but, ya know. Virtue signal at least!

  3. This is me and my Prius that gets 70 mpg NOT panicking with a quarter tank. And anyone who doesn't suspect that this is a created crisis by oil companies who had to DUMP during the pandemic, I have a bridge to sell you.

  4. That's so cute. Ransom ware, you two are buying that. Idiots.
These 2 think Biden will reassure people or do anything. Remember the border.
So cutting that pipeline didn't raise prices before the hack. The whitehouse doesn't care, it's red states.

  5. I initially started watching this show because it was apolitical. I don’t vote along party lines, but look at the pros and cons of each candidate. Lately the show has become blinded to the failings of the current administration or absolving it of responsibility. Or they avoid the topics where the Biden administration is glaringly failing.

  6. interestingly, I just re-watched an old L&O episode, which referenced private power companies deliberately causing blackout and forcing the city to buy power from more expensive sources and as a result pushing prices up on a long run. Has anyone looked into the validity of their claim about the hacking?

  7. I’m so confused, at the end of 2020 there was too much oil and there was a price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia, but now there’s a shortage? What happened to there reserves that were completely topped off?

  8. Kinda ironic isn't it? Biden stops the keystone pipeline for what appears to be strictly political pandering and shortly there after we are brutally reminded how important pipelines and oil are in the year 2021.

  9. Hacked? I doubt it.These corporations will do anything to check prices up. Including shut their own pipeline down. After all who’s going to investigate.

  10. So republicans ignored the fact that the Russians hacked the 2016 presidential election, because it benefitted them. Now republicans are down playing the hacking like they did covid-19. So now I wonder. How are they profitting?

  11. I had to get gas yesterday because it was just time to fill up. I'm in south east Virginia. Gas prices jumped up 20 cents from that morning when i went to work to 9 hours later when I got off. I'm mad at all those people getting 1-2 gallons of gas and blocking up the roads.

  12. The president has nothing to do with gas prices, day one ends gas pipeline into this country with executive order??

  13. As of 7pm on the 12th (same day as this was released), 65% of stations in NC are dry. Charlotte only had about a dozen stations with gas at 6pm for a population of 1.1 million (MSA). Even thought they began pumping around 6pm, the news says there would be no gas available until Sunday.

  14. I’m sure that this has nothing to do with Democrats closing pipelines. I know the MI Governor closed a major pipeline under the mackinaw bridge. Green new deal here we come.
