Let's pretend for a minute that the story is true. Let's pretend that Russia actually tried to install Trump. How did they go about doing that? We know Trump won the nomination because the media gave him twice the airtime they gave all the other candidates. That means Putin must have had control of the US media outlets that showed Trump's empty podium rather than an actual speech from Sanders. If the story is true, then the US media colluded with Russia to install Trump.
