New York Times Smears Anti-War Journalists As “Conspiracy Theorists”

Mainstream media outlets in the United States may have their disagreements, but on one issue they tend to speak in unison, and that is to support going to war. So when independent journalists come along questioning the rush to war, or the underlying premises driving public support for war, those mainstream corporate outlets join their voice again to smear the war critics, whether as useful idiots of the enemy, conspiracy theorists or disinformation merchants. The current Russia-Ukraine conflict is no exception.

Jimmy and American comedian Kurt Metzger discuss the ongoing smear campaign launched at anyone who questions the Ukraine war narrative.

THE JIMMY DORE SHOW is a comedy lifeline for people on the left and right (but definitely NOT the center) who are sick of bought politicians and gaslighting corporate journalists manufacturing consent for wars.

  1. What amazes me though is how many Americans always buy in to label purveyors of the truth as conspiracy theorists. Then by the time it comes out that it was in fact true and not a theory, they have moved on. Not once have I ever heard anyone, including in my own family say,, well, I bought in that that person was a conspiracy theorist but I guess I was wrong because it turned out to be a conspiracy fact so I admit I believed a lie. Never! I even had someone tell me there is no such thing as a conspiracy. This is a college educated person. All a person has to do is look up the word in the dictionary.

  2. They have tried to shut down truth in the media, blocking sources, putting people in prison and threat's to others. It's gone so far they falsely claim that Tulsi Gabbard is a trader.

  3. I drove over 32,000 miles throughout Iraq over the course of two years and can assure everyone here beyond the shadow of any doubt that we KNEW they had no "WMDs" from the get go.

  4. The.people.want.answers. 'Havana syndrome' is microwave attack. Cuba & China's on the bottom rungs of that ladder. >ssshhhhh< JASON has it, & it leaked, & then it got stomped on. (& I was about a year ahead of JASON – their reported assessment being leaked, that is). *TOTAL brain-mind-body-senses 'hacking'. TOTAL. … TOTAL.

  5. Depends on your definition of conspiracy theory is jimmy. It is technically a part of a conspiracy theory we really don't know what these fcks are up to. I think the conspiracy is way more pernicious so I would never give them control over healthcare and you would.

  6. The games of western press are very dangerous for individuals' security. They are, indeed criminals. Some crazy civilians are taking weapons and joining war as if they are soldiers following media and politicians articles and speeches, but they will lose their lifes. Politicians and newspaper directors should be arrested by police and judged on responsibility of lies.

  7. do these idiots understand that a shooting war with russia would guarantee the destruction of nyc, la, chicago, san fran, dc plus lots more…..they got twice the number of nukes as us….plus they got china….best not 2 start a war with someone who can finish u……
