Jeffrey Sachs has a tendency to go on mainstream outlets and in front of mainstream groups and utter truths that run counter to the dominant narrative — and then get told to shut up. Most recently Sachs appeared at the Athens Democracy Forum, sponsored by the New York Times, and noted, truthfully, that since 1950 the United States has been the greatest purveyor of violence around the globe, bar none. At which point the moderator stepped in and demanded Sachs stop talking.

Something to consider about the conversation as a requirement:
You see the withdrawal of the platforms from anyone who speaks openly like Jeffrey Sachs.
There is danger that the conversation might starve.
My idea is the we the people and everyone with some tools, capital, PLUS dignity, should create an ocean of moving platforms, that cannot be shut down, and in doing this, always help Jeffrey and all the bold voices to surf these fluctuating platforms, so they can be heard all the time by the masses.
We need to turn the dangerous situation into a reason to create again something so sexy, for the sake of wide communication, like it was in previous wars generations ago, when there was a clandestine printing press or copy shop in many basements, especially the pamphlets in the French revolution should become an example.
One particular hint:
In the 1920ies fascism had captured the newly invented means of electric mass communication, ie. microphones and loudspeakers, in an utterly centrist way.
If the normal people had had these devices, like two in every village and district and UNREGULATED, the world would have looked entirely different.
This is what we must do. Destroy the centrism in communiction, which is illiberal, as we see in above little scene.
