If I owned a bar in New York, EVERY nite would be karaoke nite, and EVERY patron would be a "performer." If you want to chill at my bar, I won't ask to see your vax passport but you gotta sing at least one song.
This violates Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. The BAR is handing down edicts to law firms to not handle these cases likely . It's also a violation of I'm guessing at least 3 Major Constitutional Rights. They know it – they will still do it. This won't stop unless People remove these Politicians.

Here in europe we went through this . Eventually we understood that this whole covid situation is pure hysteria,manipolation,fake news,money,power , hidden agendas.thanks to excellent scientists, lawyers, doctors and plain fighters and eccellente private journalists, we're slowly getting out of this madness but the mainstream media , some state representatives , some narrow minded doctors are still trying to ride the old wave . My doctor told me it was not necessary to get the jab…you’re off your rocker if you think I’m going to get it now because Deblasio says I should. Moving out of NYC last March was the best decision of my life.
Even then, you are still somewhat free. In this country of mine you cannot really move. You can go different states which have different rules.
