The argument is Russia might use nukes if they feel they have no other choice. I have to believe that's true. It also may be true Russia hasn't even started the war and they are about to turn it up. What can't be true is that they haven't even started and are about to use nukes. I think they got their ass kicked after throwing a large portion of what they could and are now in a world of hurt and thinking about using nukes. The corruption in Russia runs deep and I believe Putin thought he had more than he does and his intelligence sold him a bill of goods. I guess though we will see but I'm willing to bet it started and now all they have left is nukes.
