In fact, Pope Francis went so far as to describe NATO as having been “barking at Putin’s door.”

Well I never thought I'd say this , as I'm not a Catholic BUT 'Praise God for the Pope' what an amazing and truthful thing to say completely against the Narrative – The Pope and The Roman Catholic Church will have to be cancelled – I guess that would be persecution wouldn't it?

The fact that high profile leaders occasionally break from the mold worries me. If it's not a unified shadowy cabal, but instead idiots who are just dumb enough to all think generally alike… Oh damn. We're screwed.
Not wishing to sound clever, but the cause of the Ukraine war was obvious to those who were able to view from afar. NATO is just a tool of the USA who are paranoid about Russia and have never really let go of the cold war. Add to that, the greed of the USA military industrial complex and for oil, gas and other resources and the war in Ukraine was inevitable. Putin is no angel, but the bad guys are not all Russian.
Nah, let’s believe the folks who told us about WMDs and go along with the guys who’ve led our foreign policy for the last 20+ years
