1:30 I like Jimmy Dore but he is wrong in thinking we can end homelessness with 20 billion dollars. The problem with homelessness isn't the amount of money that is being thrown at it, the problems are the perverse incentives built into the system. The business model is essentially a vicious cycle where more homelessness breeds more government money.
