Re the midterms: The corruption – esp. war corruption – within the Biden administration and rampant among the Democratic Party establishment as a whole – is so profound that I don't think the Biden administration can afford a substantial Republican majority in Congress. Too much risk of robust investigation, possibly even of impeachment (although Biden's disability makes impeachment problematic)
I would NOT expect the Republicans to promote peace nor to truly "clean house" – just to cause a lot of bother to Biden, et al – a LOT of bother. We might even see an audit of all that $ and weaponry going across the water to that increasingly small satrapy, Ukraine. Lordy, lordy, audit time! But no fundamental harm will be done to the war machine.
Anyway, Biden & Co. have reason to worry. What will they do? Massive election fraud? False flag war crisis? ( – possibly nuclear – they've definitely got that one prepped). Election fraud will depend on who has control of the voting machine programming code and to what extent. Quite a tug-of-war going on there, I think. False flag-nuclear? I hope to God powers in the Pentagon or elsewhere will nix it.
Also, a lot depends on whether or not the Neo-Con Deep State still needs any given Bidenite to pursue its quite desperate agenda – U.S. absolute dominance of everything everywhere. Bidenites' failures have been extraordinary (Afghanistan, Ukraine, rise of Asia & the Global South, plans to sink the U.S. dollar, etc., etc.) Maybe they're doing a re-think and a purge of Bidenites is in the works. In any case, troubled times ahead in my beloved country.
Great session with you guys….just one observation. I had to smile when Alexander said Russia produced many good war movies from Soviet era. I grew up in communist Czechoslovakia in 60's and 70's and seeing these films in cinema theaters was compulsory for school children like me. And scenario was always the same. Soviet soldiers were always brave and heroic and wonderful human beings and they always won (which is utter nonsense) and Germans were always portrayed as cowardly idiotic beasts who always lost (which is another utter nonsense). We were laughing watching this propaganda movies and our teachers were not too much happy about it. Regarding current Hollywood production you are 100% right. It is unbelievable garbage.
I'm sorry but Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 and Anexed Crimea. None of the territory in Ukraine belongs to Russia. . Ukraine has been an independent Sovereignty since 1991
This morning i watched some german mainstream media channel. The report was basically about Russia stopped seeing this as a proxy war and is rather seeing this as a direct confrontation with Nato (Welt Nachrichtensender "PUTINS KRIEG: Rolle der NATO in der Ukraine?" ). Then there is this other Report about Scholz visiting the Bundeswehr to see some of their training because of the war in Ukraine. (faz )
This is some pretty crazy media vibes today.
And what the west needs to do is stand up to Russia and punish Mr Putin and send him to bed with no supper .
