Ryan says 'bots' to refer to unconnected pro-Russian accounts, but Twitter checked these accounts and found that they are not bots. Otherwise Twitter would delete the accounts. For Ryan, every pro-Russian person on social media is a bot.
Young guys in Macedonia made more fake news stories on Facebook in 2015/2016 than Russians ever hoped to do. And it wasn't political, it was just an easy way to make money off crazy partisan Americans.
