I believe the difference here is still a large divide between an outside backer donating to an organization pledging to give money to a candidate, and the fact that the Cochs would invite a bunch of candidates to their place for a summit where the goal is to woo their backing… yes money comes, but one necessitates actually making tacit agreements to represent their objectives… you would have to actually show that Bragg met with Soros in some fashion to make these two to things a one to one…

Jesus! Can we get away from the constant tactics of reducing positions down to 'Goldstein' and 'Two Minute Hate'. Trump was indicted by a grand jury. Sure there's a political aspect to this prosecution, but there also appears to be grounds for a trial. However much pure contempt I have for Trump, he is entitled to the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise. Trump will be accorded a legitimate trial. He will indulge his usual toxic tactics and claim he didn't receive one. If he is innocent, or if the evidence is insufficient, then justice has been followed. If he is proven guilty, then justice has been followed. He is on trial, not the judge, the jury, or the justice system.
