  2. General Staff: Russia has lost 105,250 troops in Ukraine since Feb. 24. Ukraine’s General Staff reported on Dec. 30 that Russia had also lost 3,026 tanks, 6,059 armored fighting vehicles, 4,683 vehicles and fuel tanks, 2,010 artillery systems, 423 multiple launch rocket systems, 212 air defense systems, 283 airplanes, 268 helicopters, 1,740 drones, and 16 boats.

  3. Re the Ukrainian air defence systems…Russia are stepping up their military aggression and with the West offering to throw more defence systems including the patriot systems, I believe Russia are giving the West the middle finger.
Almost saying f u …do what you want because we will take them out.
I think Alexander you are failing to look at 2 areas.
    1. Medvedev said they were holding back on their heavy artillery until such times it was deemed necessary and they would be taking into account NATO and US involvement before bringing them out.
    2. Russia has obviously made a decision to step up their level of aggression. This is obvious to anyone closely following what Russia is saying and doing as well as Chechnya. Look carefully at the interviews Medvedev has been given in the last week or so …even the LPR governors have stated such.

  4. Everything that let ukraine still up is all Soviet made , but still they hate …. they couldn't done anything without this heritage and still …. negate their very own roots and indiscutable link to Russia …

  5. Alexander , copy this to descritipton of video (anywhere) to create small chapters ,it is automaticaly applied to your video then , you will have the correct format for future videos

    00:51:35 Summary

  6. another thing with the railways is where will they get the coal – stalin considered the Donbass coal field as one of russias most important assets. Ukraine stopped buying coal when it started their security operation against seperatists in 2014.

Russia operates in the same mains voltage spectrum as europe – so their western appliances would still work so in theory western parts would work but few countries make the equipment anymore. the UK can make two substations per year domestically. which makes me wonder if Russia is building equipment to restore new russias electrical grid and future regions who vote to rejoin the rodina.

on air defence – we know NATO is trying to order Greece to hand over its s300 to Ukraine. other ex pact states also have older s300 variants along with missiles going back to the s75 – as patriot is nowhere near as good and theres a non resale agreement in place will Greece do this or try and send spare missiles for Ukraine to waste on flying lawnmowers.

Artillery wise – the huge soviet arms depot in transnistria can reportedly keep Ukraine going for 20 years yet nobody has made a move on it, any opinion on why as The Russian military contingent there is only a few thousand? Russian arms were always stored to last and kept simple so they go bang when required.

  7. Alexander, FYI, Surovukin wears blue dress uniform.
He is airforce, or aerospace forces as Russians have it.
He was in the ground forces before.
    Actually former special forces too.

  8. the Russians noted the Americans talking up their Patriot system they were sending to Ukraine and they are preparing ahead of time to destroy it and humiliate the Americans, with the hope of also terminating the American crews setting up the system as well

  9. The garden variety of no less than six air defense systems being sent to Ukraine, shows the desperation against a nation that has 1/30th the firepower of NATO. It really makes no sense for Ukrainians. Then again, prideful people can be stupid people. It only speaks to the karma for them for 2014.

  10. The only reason for America to keep this war going is for the War companies and their backers who are making Trillions $$$$$$$$, little of which goes to Ukraine but in their own pockets. Their puppet Zilenskyy( including madams Paris shopping spree) get their cut for their Trillionaire Mansions in Florida Switzerland London Italy etc.😩 etc.😩 But the Ukraine ordinary people are forced to stay to fight or be shot.

  11. My understanding is that Russia has used heavy bombers to launch older shorter range cruise missiles and possibly missiles built for ground based batteries. This gives new life to older missiles and also keeps bombers far enough from targets that they are safe from AA fire.

  12. According to this fool Alexander, Bakhmut was supposed to fall 6 months ago? But reality is +- 350 russians die around Bakhmut every day. Go watch some footage on R e d d i t (UkraineWarLeaks) , and see for yourself how badly the russians are getting hammered on all fronts.

  13. From reading and listening to analysts who appear to have the correct knowledge, I wonder if the problem with western "experts" estimating the number of Russian cruise missiles and theater-based ballistic missiles is using the amount of munitions THEY can produce and assumes that the Russians cannot produce them any faster. There also appears to b e a gross underestimation of Russian manufacturing capacity. This may not be a surprise to those that follow well-informed sources, but it seems to be something western "experts" failed to consider.

    A few points:
    1. HAWK is a 1950s SAM system. It has been updated, but how do you integrate it into a Soviet-era AD system/
    2. If the Russians want to do major damage to rail systems, they could target marshaling yards. These are central locations where different rail lines come together, trains are dispatched, etc. The Allies used such attacks on German marshaling yards in 1944-45. These are large sites, and you cannot hide them. You can only try and protect them. No AD, no defense.
    3. MANPAFS are point-defense systems. As noted, they are basically designed to protect ground forces. They do not have the capability of long-range defense. Good luck trying to stop standoff missiles. Modern bombers have measures that detect and counter laser and IR targeting used by MANPADS.
    4. The Su-24/30 series aircraft can use standoff missiles. As noted, the Russians have a wide variety of such missiles.Even old Su-17s can use such missiles.
    5. Keep in mind that the Conventional Forces in Europe agreement only covers forces east of the Urals. Russia has great resources west of the Urals it can deploy.

  14. PLEASE FOLKS LISTEN TO SHOSTAKOVICH `S SYMPHONY 5 CONDUCTED BY JARVI PAAVO IN WHICH SHOSTAKOVICH REMEMBERS THE HORRORS RUSSIA FACED WHEN FIGHTING AND FINALLY HELPING TO FREE THE WORLD OF THE NAZIS THEN PRESIDENT PUTIN IS DOING THE SAME NOW THE NAZIS ARE CERTAINLY NOT ONLY IN THE UKRAINE CHECK RODNEY ATKINSON PROFESSOR STEPHEN COHEN JOHN LOFTUS FREDERICK FORSYTHE (HIS BOOK AND FILM THE ODESSA FILE VERY VERY WORTH READING AND WATCHING BASED ON FACT AS HE HIMSELF SAID) THE LIST COULD GO ON AND ON AND ON LOOK AT WHAT THE "ELITE" HAVE DONE TO US SO FAR MEDIA NEARLY ALL UNDER THEIR EVIL THUMBS

  15. Send Biden. Send a few politicians to Ukraine and let them fight, it is after all "their war".
Just don't forget, the Clintons were making deals with Russia and Obama wasn't Russia friendly either.

  16. Thanks again for your update.
Small point of info: the US has relied on 'smart bombs' with lots of electronics to get them to their locations. The Russians have taken another route from what I understand; lots of electronics in their bombers, communicating with satellites to check windspeed/-direction at different altitudes and other atmospheric conditions to release their bombs according to pretty precise (or 'smart') calculations to get to their targets. So 'smart releasing' of 'dumb bombs'.

  17. If Russia is to have a chance of winning they need to take out U.S. satellites. They should at least threaten to do this — maybe threaten to take out all satellites, except their own and fellows BRICs members (which the U.S. would then take out). Destroying the global GPS system would certainly catch the attention of everyone in the world.
