Kherson offensive by Ukraine 'forces' would be pure suicidal, money is not any more important when the mercenaries have now realised the poundings by Russian forces are not the same as in other conflict areas they have been in.
Best for Ukraine to negotiate a peace deal. No more going on an ego trip Zelensky as many Ukrainians have lost loved ones unnecessarily on the battle fields. The work of satan is to whisper deceit into Zelensky's ears and more Ukranians will have to die for a conflict that cannot be won with inadequate supply of munitions.
