It would be best to refer to those who are immune (which includes both vaccinated and those who previously were infected with Covid-19) versus those who are not immune (instead of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated).

In the US, Congress makes the laws, the Supreme Court verifies that it is legal, and the President signs. It was never about the presidency mandating stuff.

I like the idea that people can make their own minds up on vaccines. If their is no chance that they can infect anyone else.
If you have people unvaccinated walking up and breathing in your face or spitting on you then you are a threat. Let them get it. Then they are medically paralyzed to keep them from coughing their lungs up awake and having a overwhelming feeling you need to cough while wearing a diaper in a ICU then you made your choice. Not one cent should be paid for by Medicare, Medicaid or any privet healthcare insurance companies.

You forgot to mention the amount of vaccinated people who never wanted it but had to make a choice in the face of coersion, which from my experience, makes up a vast majority of the vaccinated.
Saying you have to be unvaccinated to not want the jab is a very narrow minded and uninformed way of thinking.
