As bad as it sounds, realistically, Serbia will be pummelled by NATO given that they seek an outlet for all the rage they feel towards Russia and cannot satisfy it. Maybe, in a weird way, that's their exit strategy. Initiate conflict with Serbia, spin it as their fault, obliterate the country, and distract the public with Serbia long enough that we pull out of Ukraine.
Why can't the ethnic Serbian majority region in northern Kosovo just hold a referendum to rejoin Serbia ? Isn't it an identical situation to Eastern Ukraine where the ethnic Russian majority regions held referendums to join Russia? Why do these situations alway produce conflicts? Just ask the people which country they want to be a member of.

They are loosing in Ukraine, and they are panicking. So what they do, opening Pandora box in the Balkans. I hope that they wil soon fled Nato base Bondsteel in Kosovo, same way like they did it in Vietnam and Afganistan. Kudos for Alex & Alex for their hard work, and objectivity.
To be honest, Serbia is tremendously weak militarily – a small, ill-equipped professional army, no conscripts for more than 20 years, etc. NATO has a base in Kosovo. That ends any war probabilities, immediately.
The TV channel Pink is basically president Vučić channel. Everything said there is approved by Vučić, who is only not very capable autocrat.
However, what is likely is that NATO countries (bar USA) won't be ready to intervene in Kosovo today. Limited deployment of defensive army, say few thousands, would likely not seem enough to Serbia's friends (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, probably Hungary, maybe Croatia, maybe Montenegro) to intervene or allow usage of airspace for this matter.
Serbia is totally unprepared for any military conflict, people are mostly pro-Russian but are not expecting any help from there, people are also against clashes in Kosovo. Vučić, on the other hand, doesn't have that much support – he is balancing his personal power on popular support for eastern autocracies and dislike of western 'help', manifesting in constant blackmails and threats, as well as repeating the same promises for more than two decades.
About 'the ultimatum' he supposedly received – anybody living here knows he receives various 'death threats', reveals 'conspiracy rings' and 'is blackmailed' on almost daily basis. That lasts for more than a decade, so people generally dismiss these claims outright…
