So, It ‘s All Bullsh*t

Joe Biden pledged to decriminalize cannabis use – now he’s issued pardons for people convicted at the national level of possessing small amounts of marijuana. There’s just one problem… no-one is actually in federal prison solely for possession of marijuana #marijuana #drugs #biden

  1. I'm older than Biden and there's no way in hell I will vote for him…..lies….lies…. and more lies. I certainly won't vote for Trump either. What about Bernie running? Even though I have great disrespect for his "No fight Mode" he is still better by far than the other idiots running. So…I would vote for Bernie and I'm older than him also. So idiot DNC, make your choice, to rob someone of his candidacy or support someone sane. I have utter disdain for the criminal DNC also. Good luck USA and good luck Earth.

  2. I'm no fan of Biden. That said, Biden did mention criminal record… Are those being expunged? That's not hollow. Pardons are meaningful, aren't they? How many people are affected by this? Getting Marijuana off schedule I is meaningful, as is starting the process to do so. So your thesis is pretty flawed.

  3. Bravo!!!! These media lessons could easily be taught in schools so that children can become media savvy at an early age. Now the humour is another thing🤔 need Russell for that! Sigh!

  4. What i would like to see is for Natural Substances to not only be Legalized, but for them to be made available for Therapeutic Use for which Healthcare would cover the Cost 👀

Why was it okay for tax payers to pay over $8k/mo back in 2015, when i was still taking the pharmaceuticals that were prescribed to me by psych doctors, which only served to make my misdiagnosed PTSD worse, when, for less than a fraction of that cost, they could be providing my CBD and other plant medicine, rather than still taking over $200/mo out of my SSDI check for Medicare, which, of course, doesn't cover the MEDICINES that ppl like me currently benefit from…?

  5. Everything is a catch 22, we are not allowed to have to much freedoms without some sort of tax or deceitful loop hole where its still harshly governed or cant grow hydroponics only outdoor which sometimes is no good for some peoples environments, medical weed in Australia is the biggest joke I've ever heard of, its so expensive ur better getting the black market weed, so someone fkn tell me what's the fkn point of even having a fkn government in the first place when all it fkn is, is 1 big fkn joke, ill self govern and if anyone takes my weed I will fucking drop them and thats a fact, positive, healthy and the RIGHT FKN THING TO DO, fk the system!! !!!!!

  6. That a U.S. President even mentioned decriminalizing marijuana at the federal level is groundbreaking my British friend. I've never heard the Queen say shit like that! It's a start to say the least. As a commercial trucker in the USA it's absurd that I can't smoke some weed on my days off due to random drug testing, which can detect THC weeks after use.
Give Joe SOME credit for at least stating what should be a common sense change in laws.

  7. I love all this presidents wind and noise coming out of his mouth… how much drugs do we all need to take to be controlled easier..booze, weed, pharmaceuticals, is is still ok to just walk around as a human being feeling all feelings as we are intended to feel them. Pain,Joy,Love,Sadness..no need for amplification or reduction..imagine that

  8. It seems to me that this is another part of the equity agenda. It is mentioned several times in this report that minorities are disproportionately affected. Rather than asking why, (for example black people are more likely to take drugs and/or black people are more likely to get imprisoned for using drugs and or black people are more likely to deal drugs (or a combination of all of them)), it is easier to simply decriminalise the drug rather than address the problem.
You might as well say that the US has a gun crime problem which disproportionately affects and is perpetrated by minority groups and that the solution is to decriminalise murder.
    That ought to do it.

  9. Don't care for weed. However many do. I really don't understand the logic of it being illegal. I have been around people that are stoned and they acted nicely unlike alcohol were they acted like jack a,,,,, and were scary.

  10. It was always a grift, mainly because their "Student Loan Forgiveness" plan was challenged in the courts, and they needed a quick distraction. I remember everyone at work talking about it the next day, and I had to shit on their parades when I told them reality. I also told them how Geriatric Joe was the architect of the 94 Crime Bill, and Harris was the enforcer that put people in jail for drug offenses.
I might be a dumb idiot, but at least I'm not a goddamn drone!

  11. as long as those on welfare test negative for THC ( of course they'll be a loophole for those using it medically ) then I'm on board – as of now – paying way too much tax for basically no benefits nor services ……

  12. pretty sure you were all for biden before and hated trump thought he was a joke and now holy shit complete circle you realized how fucken stupid this man really is….fck off once dumb always dumb

  13. When Biden was a senator he created the bill that put blacks away for years for doing crack. Whites who used cocaine got a slap on the wrist. Um they are both made from the cocaine plant. Remember when Joe said he didn't want his kids going to school in a racial jungle? He is a racist pig but acts like he is the blacks savior. Please spare me – it was Trump who started the First Step act to get those same people Joe locked up forever out of prison.

  14. Hmm, to criminalize something by the government takes a minute
To de-criminalize it always takes years
I can only hope that feed and greed be somehow a past forgotten
Orson Welles in his 1984 strongly disagreed

  15. Cannabis?
    Full legalization.

And cannabis isn't legal because laws don't apply to the establishment.
    Laws are shifting goalposts.
Law is only targeting a handful individuals like the industry puppet narrator behind the desk.
The deportees I cared about aren't answering my call.

People have no faith in me. No one in this pompous controlled environment, that's for sure.
So, make me feel like changing that by mobbing us.
That will definitely NOT work. Untainted beer and decent smoke, now there's a game changer…!
Peaceful drum circle gathering in the grass island out our front door,.
That might change the vibe around here.
But your bogus prison camp nuance is only making me green.
1 Hulk turns into 4 real damned quick when you try cornering us.

  16. JUST CURIOUS, IF THE BIBLE SAYS ALL HERBS ARE FOR MANS USE AND CONSUMPTION, HOW CAN IT BE A CRIME TOO BEGIN WITH. WHICH IS UNDER THE 1ST AMENDMENT. WHICH MEANS NO RULE, REGULATIONS POLICIES, AND LAWS CAN BE PUT INTO EFFECT, UNLESS SOMEONE 🤔 THAT TOOK AN OATH TO GOD DIDN'T KNOW THE BIBLE OR CARE ABOUT THE WORDS IN THE BIBLE AND OR GOD.

  17. Let's not forget that politions want money from the "weed" lobbyists, so good old Joe takes "weed" off the Schedule 1 status so the weed industry can use federally insured banks like Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), without their assets forfit by federal confiscation. Good old Joe spins another one and in the process brings in billions for the DNC, D-triple-C and "Corporate Extraction Avenues". This wasn't for the people until the corporate interests were satisfied. In the US we need both Ranked Choice Voting (RCV), and harsh blowback with solid legislative restictions backed up with leagal procicotion to keep separation between Corporation and State. "But hey, thats my opinion, what's yours?"
