New York City is going to fight a ruling that ordered the city to reinstate all unvaccinated employees and pay them back pay. The state Supreme Court said that the city was wrong when it fired approximately 1,700 employees for not taking the Covid vaccine, especially since there is no evidence that the vaccine prevents the spread of the virus. The city had argued that it could fire these employees for public health reasons. The judge ordered those employees get their jobs back with back pay but the city is going to fight it with an appeal.

Seems to me politicians in america dont take notice of anything even court rulings,what sort of a banana republic is it.
That lot in that new york should be fired and jailed for not carrying out the law that the court handed down.

Sanitation workers, bus drivers, janitorial workers, all tend to have strong natural immune systems. Also many many of these type of workers contracted the disease early in the pandemic, before the shots, before the lock down. Having contracted the illness, there was the natural immunity that kept most from re-infection. For me, it wasn't until omicron that I got sick again. And that was mild.
They didn't mandate the "elite " because they didn't want them to participate in this mass experiment…..and get sick 🤷🏾♀️

The purpose of this whole Covid exercise was to determine how easy or hard it is to control the masses. The unvaccinated were therefore on the ledger as those they could not control. What I don’t understand is that if NY State Supreme Court ruled, then it’s over. Where do you appeal to? The Supreme Supreme Court?

I was gifted a holiday to New York in 2023. I'm really hoping for a U-turn on the mandate so that I can travel, see the world and be free. Power to those workers I hope they get everything they deserve for their trouble.
