The next episode in “The Package” series as John Adams discusses his report on ASIC which will be used as a lever to get a Parliamentary Inquiry into their role, function and effectiveness..
Today is part 4 in our series on financial crime following on from our big reveal about the “package”.
One point to make from our last show is that some of the audience was upset that IOTP didn’t give specifics about the Adams’ investigation and report of alleged misconduct to ASIC. It is an actual offence to obstruct or hinder a law enforcement investigation – including ASIC.
Thus, IOTP has no choice but to allow the ASIC investigation to unfold and allow the facts and evidence to take investigators to where it naturally leads them.
However, building on the last 3 shows, there is something proactive which IOTP and the public at large are able to pursue.

So ASIC is asking for anyone with a serious complaint about being defrauded or stolen from needs to become a criminal financial investigator and do the complete job for ASIC upfront to have any chance to have them lift a finger and do their job.
What a load of crap. Disband ASIC, and APRA for that matter and peopke will work out very quickly NOT to hand over their hard earned money to so called 'financial experts'.
Would save each taxpayer an enormous amount.

I describe government and it’s institutions as “a mother who would eat her own children”. Give them more money and it gets worse. Spend money on inquiries and they end up getting even more money. No skin in the game no care…

Parliament won't even enforce section 44 of the Australian Constitution, let alone laws passed in the past 20 years. What makes anybody think they're going to enforce the ones they pass in Parliament?
The financial crime has its source in the system itself. Debt is not money, it is a swindle by the controllers all for their benefit and the peoples enslavement. HONEST MONEY MUST BE REINSTATED AND THE CENTRAL BANKS ABOLISHED, with all funds attained thru legalized fraud return to the people. Money can be as simple an hours of laborers work per unit… or 2 kilos of wheat flour, or a quarter ounce of silver or gold… whatever a region decides for itself.

Not only for the future cases, but also for the past cases that ASIC failed to investigate
Trace this to its roots and you will find that corruption and monopoly over the creation of money is at the heart of a lot of these issues.
Stealing weatlh through fiat money, inflation, financial chicanery, too big to fail, "stimulus" spending, and other means creates a class of people who make their living through perpetuation of such fraud. They also act vigorously to defend the status quo as ending such corruption would literally mean the end of their careers.
Bogus over-sight institutions are created to give the illusion that there is a check on corruption to fool the people.

It seems to me that ASIC and the government expect the complainant/public to do their work for them. The more difficult they make the process the more time they have to play online video games. My opinion is based on 26 years of experience working in a university where this exact scenario plays out every day.
