This is all intentional. You don't leave that many weapons for the enemy to take possession of unless you want them to have them. The Taliban was able to get into a blackhawk helicopter, one of the most powerful vehicles of war on earth, that takes months of specialized training to learn how to operate, and likely thousands of hours of practice to operate effectively, and jump into the pilots seat with zero hesitation, fire it up, and fly away. Those who were in the CIA-backed efforts against the USSR in Afghanistan are NOT the 20-30 year olds that are operating in the Taliban right now, so how were these Taliban soldiers able to have complete knowledge and ability to operate that craft?
