What is an "active user" anyways? It sounds like the number of people milling around on a daily basis but this could also be anyone whos logged in in the last 365 days. The place is a sunk ship as far as public usage is concerned. If you arent a brand, celebrity, content creator, or make your money from the internet, twitter is basically worthless to you. Just delete it. World will instantly be a better place.
