Most Twitter Workers are lazy, lazy, lazy, and lazy. You don't need 100,000+ workers to run Twitter. That's insane. Elon could do a much better job with only 1,000 to 10,000 workers if even that. Most of all the other tasks can be automated.
I bet for everyone who quits they are going to receive 10 new CVs from people who are happy to join up.
How many people noticed the spelling of , "Tribel" ? I mean normally it's tribal. Now there's this other word, "libel" , meaning false defamatory statement, which bears a striking resemblance to, "Tribel". So is this simply a case of a poor naming convention, or is it foreshadowing? No matter, it will likely fade into obscurity in a few weeks anyways.

Im sure at least 1/3 of the employees at Twitter serve little to no purpose. The only people that are really necessary are the IT folks that keep the servers up and running. Then of course you have the personnel managers, but everyone else is basically fluff or PR spinners. Twitter never should have become as bloated as it is today (or yesterday, lol).

initially nothing will change. it takes some time to make changes in such a big company. you might see some initial layoffs and some content moderation might loosen. but don't expect any major policy changes or programs for a few months.
