Dr. John, I've followed your reports during the pandemic from the start. Thank you! I'm 61 and I believe I got the original COVID but quite mildly just felt exhausted mainly. I had Astra Zenica x2 and Pfizer Booster last year. I have also had a request from GP Surgery to book another Booster and flu jab. I'm told it is the new Pfizer Bivalent jab and booked for 30 Oct 2022.
Now, having watched your latest update I'm left wondering if I should go ahead? You seem to be indicating that the great and the good 😳… are still catching COVID despite their 4 vaccinations and recovery seems to be fairly swift. I realise it’s up to me to decide, but I'm now beginning to question if it is now necessary. I don’t know anything much about the new Pfizer jab apart from it is apparently part the old vaccine and partly combined with a new version to attack the Omicron variant.
Please don’t take any more of those shots.

Pleased to say I refused all vaccines and chemo for cancer as well. Common denominator Pfizer. I researched dodgy stats when I had cancer and decided it was a ramp. Lifestyle is more more effective. Doctors and consultants could be just a little more curious when presented with stats produced by the manufacturers of the drugs. I took a good look back in 2014 at all the court cases Pfizer has had to settle on people damaged by their products and it was a no brainer not to take a vaccine for which they had demanded no legal liability.
I’m 74 y/o, unvaxx’d, and after two years of “risky behaviors” (wore my mask ever so loosely on my face, did not shelter in place or practice social distancing) finally tested positive for Covid in January. My symptoms never went beyond a scratchy throat – a walk in the park really. In June, I shared a hotel room with my unvaxx’d 72 y/o sister who tested positive one day before our trip. She also recovered after her mild symptoms and I never got reinfected. I have no comorbidities and my BMI is under 20. My vitamin D level is 89 ng/mL. I followed the science from experts like you and attained my natural immunity and fared better than the likes of Bourla, Fauci, and Biden who were quadrupled vaxx’d and Paxlovid’d and still caught Covid twice!

I just share that quote for the head of the WEF, Claus Shwab, said in a speech, "In the future you will own nothing and you will be happy!" I would say that if you don't want to lose your peice of mind- there are things in a variety of areas going on that you might find a bit unsettling.

I will be 73 next month. I had the initial 2 vaccines. I will not be getting any more. Several family members and friends keep getting boosters and have had covid anyway. No thanks. I do not get flu vaccines ever.
I do take supplements and eat fairly healthy.
