Want to make the US Army look more like America? Then 25% of the Army must be under the age of 18 and another 25% must be age 55 or older! Half of the Army must be female. Some of these soldiers will be unable to wear modern body armor and other protective equipment. What percentage of the Army must be disabled? Will we screen so that current party affiliation in the Army matches the rest of the nation–if there's 80% Republicans and 15% Third Party, will the remaining 5% Democrats be the officer corps or just recruits?
