The focus of my life since 2012 was to bring sanity back to the work environment, because I believe we spend so much time at work that we shouldn’t be miserable. I have an MBA and a PhD in psychology, specializing in industrial/organizational psychology. I have my own practice - Zen Workplace - where I integrate organizational psychology and positive psychology with mindfulness techniques to help make work better. I’m also the Chief Science Officer of RallyBright, where I work to build high-performing, resilient teams. But that’s not how most people know me. Most people know me as a (now former) Democrat of 20 years who went to a Trump rally. The article I wrote about my experience went viral and garnered 3 million views in the first week. I was featured by Fox News, Glenn Beck, Dennis Prager, and on dozens of radio shows, podcasts, and YouTube videos.

  1. 2 years ago I was stressed out because I thought I was the only person who saw what was going on with these woke movements. Then I found YouTube channels with people sharing the same observations. Bret and Eric Weinstein, Sam Harris, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Dave Rubin, Heather MacDonald, Tim Poole, Larry Elder, Joe Rogan etc. Since then the list has grown. Thank you Dark Web.

  2. Very good information. I have to agree that what is happening is a lot like cult indoctrination and the techniques have been around forever. I can remember first being exposed to this type of thing back in the late 1980's, though. I helped engineer some radio shows for a Pacifica radio station and as part of that had to attend a consciousness raising session on race led by a black woman who dressed in full African regalia and ran one of the typical sessions where people (well, "white" people…) had to go around and "admit" their "racism". It was pretty pathetic.
A few people bought into it, but a few revolted. I just sat there and listened as I really didn't care (and thankfully I was a volunteer and not paid). But a lot of what I see today is just an extension of the same techniques that woman used to try to "enlighten" people, so I know that it is a technique which is taught to these organizers. A pretty smart lawyer in the group, though, saw through it and turned it against her about halfway through, which was fun to watch.
I think it is very useful to expose the techniques used in these types of group sessions. I would equate them to brainwashing and propaganda techniques that have been around for decades. I am retired now, but cringe when I think of the times I have had to sit through similar sessions when some outside "consultant" was brought into "enlighten" everyone about whatever social agenda was currently hot (usually "race" or "gender", which, incidentally, are two things you CANNOT change…).
There is a sickening smugness to this whole thing which turns me off. I am hearing a lot more of this stuff nowadays and it makes me so happy that I am retired now and DO NOT have to have my livelihood depend on such drivel.
Also, I think it helps to live somewhere outside the US (or maybe "white", western cultures which are under attack). They do not have time for nonsense like this in places like Hong Kong (where I lived for five years), for example…

  3. It's telling that groups of SJWs often start chanting. Don't think. Don't discuss. Don't question. Drown out everything else. This fits in with what she's saying somewhere around 8:10. It's about virtue signaling to show your commitment to the tribe. The comparison to Non Player Characters is an apt one.

  4. Karlyn is spot on. The seeds were planted in the past. But for now read "Prairie Fire" –https://www.sds-1960s.org/PrairieFire-reprint.pdf Obama was mentored by Bill Ayres of the Weather Undertground. If you create a timeline of thier efforts it is seen with the Gay Marriage fight, The Chicano Studies hunger strike, the BLM movement, THe Sunrise Movement, Green New Deal. READ EDUCATE YOURSELF…

  5. What the sjw community preaches is toxic and disgusting.
If I wanted to feel guilty my entire life, for something I have no inherent control over, I would have joined the Catholic Church

  6. Here's NBC back in 2018 claiming Warren's DNA test is 'strong evidence', she's a Native American. tinyurl.com/yavbkt5y When the RIGHT says the media lies to them, they usually don't have the article… now you folks do. Marxist Feminists have been brainwashing kids since 1967, and nowadays it is almost a miracle to not have the indoctrination affecting EVERY student, in some way, in every school, in America.

  7. People like me, openly rebelled against the indoctrination from kindergarten through post grad… and so were openly shamed, and even discussed in classes as an example of being either a fool, an evil racist, or an agent of Russia. Funny thing was, even though I'm asian, the LEFTISTS never called me a 'Chinese BOT'?! And that's because, the Chinese are the MONEY behind it all.

  8. I'm trying to find it, the way to speak up. Every single one of my friends and family are leftist. My classmate spoke up and lost everything. And for what? I'm trying to find the way to speak up and not just be dismissed as evil and quickly forgotten by everyone I know, who all think they know the ultimate truth, and so won't listen.

  9. I love how they make it impossible for whites to not be racist. If you deny you're racist, then you're just a racist in denial! The only acceptable action is to declare your inherent racism and pledge to spend eternity atoning for it. It's a beautiful bit of Kafkaesque sleight of hand.

  10. I wonder how many of the instigators grew up in fundamentalist Christian homes because if you change the word racist to sinner, this sounds an awful lot like Kirk Cameron.

  11. Yes we white people haven't owned slaves, but my sister states that 400 years ago we have oppressed them to not allow to own land and not catch up and pass wealth to other generations. Yes, we do need to talk about every issue instead of shaming each other.

  12. Yuri Besmenov was very clear about this "ideological subversion", and mentioned "social justice" specifically. People keep referring to Mr. Besmenov because he gave talks and interviews with this information back in the 80s, and now it is all happening right in front of us exactly as he said it would.

  13. I believe human beings are hard wired to be religious and if lacking a spiritual belief system will search for one in the strangest of places such as this cult of white guilt. This doesn't mean there must be a belief in a god or gods to be considered a religious faith. Even dedicated atheists have belief systems which contain dogmatism, 'articles of faith' and what might as well be called a prophetic tradition. What else explains communist ideology continuing to thrive even after its, now, open 100 year history of abysmal failure? It's adherents have 'faith' it will eventually succeed. We must understand the human mind's need for a spiritual relationship with all that surrounds it. Science cannot replace religion as an alternative belief system because science isn't a belief system per se. The truths science reveal are purely materialistic and often only give approximations of reality. Spiritual belief is not a mental crutch as 'evangelical' atheists like Richard Dawkins or Christopher Hitchens 'preach', though, in the past tense as concerns Hitchens, may he rest in pieces. It's a tool. Without it the human mind becomes it's own worst enemy. Sadly, sometimes, those belief systems may also become the enemy of other's but, more often than not, they have a proactive effect which acts like a glue to hold groups or civilizations together. If this weren't the case we probably wouldn't have survived this long as a social species and, who knows, possibly for not much longer anyway.

  14. My loca crazy grandma used to pick up hitchhikers in the 70’s and when a black man was hitchhiking she didn’t pick him up because she was racist and I knew that was wrong at a very young age! I have had black boyfriends and girlfriends!! I 100% support President Trump! He is not racist one bit but don’t tell the KKK Democratic Party…..

  15. Sandy: I love Karate
    Spongebob: I love Kara-tay!
    Mr. Krabs: I love Money!
Squidward: I hate all of you.

No matter which one you pick somehow you lose.

  16. Douglas Murray and Andrew Doyle made a point that I'd been making for such a long time. There was a time, not so long ago, when race, sex, etc. didn't matter. People were people. No one cared if the leading actor was male, female, gay or straight. Ability was what counted. We have regressed and I'm not sure if it just makes me sad or furious.
