Just like he never does when he's talking to a liberal but then when he's talking to someone like the guy from Babylon Bee he's confrontational on everything he says. Now every time I watch Joe's podcast there's at least 10:15 20 minutes Love Story sees repeated over and over and over again. Although in their case I can guarantee if they don't capitulate enough all of a sudden they will face more scrutiny from the federal government, and a lot of problems will start popping up. I think the solution would be to simply let people know what's going on. Just tell your users "Hey the federal government is trying to get us to censor you guys." Later when problems start happening you can be like "Hey remember when we didn't censor you guys? Now the federal government is punishing us for that by doing this and that." I think more people would go to bat for a company and make noise on their behalf with the government if they were simply open and honest about what is happening. Then people know who to correctly blame. Instead they just did what they were told and their users have a lower opinion of them instead of the government.

Here is the most important follow up question that wasn't asked in that Rogan interview. "If you thought the laptop story was Russian disinformation and untrue, why did you NOT ban the sharing of the story altogether?"
So just to clarify why this is huge:
The idea of social media censorship is established under the ground that it's a private company and therefore does not violate the 1st ammendment.
This however shows that the government is doing what it can to censorship people they disagree with their narrative

The FBI was monitoring Rudy's phone they knew the laptop was real they had it since 2019 so they knew what they were doing. Now we find out they had weekly meetings with social media. Now people are like we gotta give them the benefit of the doubt with the raid…🤪🙄

The reason why zuckerborg fessed up to Joe was because he was trying to get ahead of the much bigger reveal related to the Missouri and Louisiana AG's ongoing work. Revealing the FBI collusion was also attempted by lawyer Harmeet Dhillon in CA, which may have been twitter, but the legal issue is the same – companies behaving like state actors. Hopefully this will bring down the Sec. 230 protections. Mentioned it before here in YT comments, but when you bring up legal analysis stuff it's always late – you should follow Harmeet, Robert Barnes, Mike Davis or even Cerno, who isn't a practicing atty. but is not too shy with bringing legal criticism against the Regime.
