  1. People can feel it already, Biden's speeches keep getting more inflammatory and you can see this administration is way past the "by all means necessary" threshold.
Until the election, all bets are off.

  2. Episode 900; time 43:48; with RTF; 110 uses of the word "like" by Dave (that were NOT in the form "A is like B" or "I like C"). This works out to 2.5 "likes" per minute (LPM). Ron Paul doesn't use "like" inappropriately. Be like Ron Paul. (Now, that was an appropriate use of "like.") Sincerely, a boomer fan.

  3. Cuz Dave, I can hold 2 thoughts in mind at the same time, 9/11 fuckery and Facebook election meddling fuckery.
I dont need to uh yeah "focus" on one or the other. I mean just imagine being like….

  4. It's big deal too bad Joe didn't actually push back too much! Just like he never does when he's talking to a liberal but then when he's talking to someone like the guy from Babylon Bee he's confrontational on everything he says. Also too bad Joe didn't ask him about the 400 million he spent on the 2020 election. Now every time I watch Joe's podcast there's at least 10:15 20 minutes Love Story sees repeated over and over and over again. Which sucks I used to like his show cuz you would learn something new pretty much every time you watched it now he's not pushing back on very much

  5. I definitely reckon that zuck is flexing because they put their finger on the scale of a free and fair election and faced no consequences.
But the FBI is done when the next republican administration gets into office in 2024.
    Whether it's Trump or Desantis.
Although, after Biden's rhetoric there may be a revolution and an overthrowing of the constitution before then.

  6. FBI: We believe Russia is going to dump some fake information about Biden and his son.
Congress: You need to stop the spread of miss information on your site or we will regulate you.
FaceBook: Here is a story about Hunter Biden that implements his father in corruption. And every Democrat is screaming this is Russian miss information. Guess this is what the FBI was talking about. Let’s make it where nobody can see the post unless the actually go to the persons personal page.

  7. "…still view as a legitimate institution…" That's your problem right there. Although in their case I can guarantee if they don't capitulate enough all of a sudden they will face more scrutiny from the federal government, and a lot of problems will start popping up. I think the solution would be to simply let people know what's going on. Just tell your users "Hey the federal government is trying to get us to censor you guys." Later when problems start happening you can be like "Hey remember when we didn't censor you guys? Now the federal government is punishing us for that by doing this and that." I think more people would go to bat for a company and make noise on their behalf with the government if they were simply open and honest about what is happening. Then people know who to correctly blame. Instead they just did what they were told and their users have a lower opinion of them instead of the government.

  8. 10:00 That mugged thing hit close to home. Had a guy give me some sob story about needing money, but it was very clear from his posture, the time of day, location where he ambushed me, and hand hidden in his bag that I didn't really have a choice. I didn't find out what he was holding in his bag.

  9. Here is the most important follow up question that wasn't asked in that Rogan interview. "If you thought the laptop story was Russian disinformation and untrue, why did you NOT ban the sharing of the story altogether?"

  10. So just to clarify why this is huge:
The idea of social media censorship is established under the ground that it's a private company and therefore does not violate the 1st ammendment.
This however shows that the government is doing what it can to censorship people they disagree with their narrative

  11. The FBI was monitoring Rudy's phone they knew the laptop was real they had it since 2019 so they knew what they were doing. Now we find out they had weekly meetings with social media. Now people are like we gotta give them the benefit of the doubt with the raid…🤪🙄

  12. God bless ya Dave, but you're a bit late. The reason why zuckerborg fessed up to Joe was because he was trying to get ahead of the much bigger reveal related to the Missouri and Louisiana AG's ongoing work. Revealing the FBI collusion was also attempted by lawyer Harmeet Dhillon in CA, which may have been twitter, but the legal issue is the same – companies behaving like state actors. Hopefully this will bring down the Sec. 230 protections. Mentioned it before here in YT comments, but when you bring up legal analysis stuff it's always late – you should follow Harmeet, Robert Barnes, Mike Davis or even Cerno, who isn't a practicing atty. but is not too shy with bringing legal criticism against the Regime.
