  1. I remember when you biker guys made the original video about this shit years ago. China did a big old GDP Pump and Dump. I'm not giving any advice, but today I got me a share of GME on Computershare's direct register site.

  2. All over EU there are structures literally hundreds, sometimes thousands, of years old and look way better than the 3 year old Chinese apartments.
Also in the EU and US the renting out is essentially the same price as the mortgage. In China the mortgage is 3 times higher than the rent? Wow dudes, you've gotten yourselves a good system right there.
I am not even going to go into the fact that you can't own land in China, the social credit system, gulags that are happening right now, etc.
Wonderful country is China. A role model.

  3. Former English teachers with no qualifications aren't going to be able to explain to you the Evergrandes situation. Ask a reputable economist with a good track record of predictions and success if you want to understand the situation

  4. This is apocalyptic!!! This is not dangerous this is death of a nations perceived wealth….. So many countries bet their economies on the growth of China….. Its going to be the biggest economic downfall followed by potential conflict

  5. What you are showing me are crapholes in China. Are there honestly any decent places to live that are not run down and expensive? IS it better to live in a rural part of China?

  6. China has built a literal house of cards and someone flicked one with their finger.
We're watching it all collapse in real time.
